While maintenance is preventive and scheduled, repairs address existing or emerging faults. Our free diagnostic check can accurately determine whether an issue requires repair or can be resolved through routine service.
Yes. For all repairs, we prioritize genuine OEM parts to ensure compatibility, safety, and longevity. When OEM parts are not available or a premium aftermarket alternative offers better value, we only use certified, high-quality components—and always discuss options with you upfront.
We offer a 12-month / 10,000 km warranty on all parts and labor for most repairs, giving you confidence in the durability of our work. Warranty terms are provided in writing upon service completion.
Maintenance
Our maintenance programs are designed to preserve your vehicle’s performance, safety, and value through proactive, scheduled care.
We recommend following your vehicle manufacturer’s suggested service intervals, typically every 10,000 km or 6 months—whichever comes first. For older vehicles or those driven in demanding UAE conditions (heat, dust, stop-and-go traffic), more frequent checks may be beneficial. Our team can create a personalized maintenance schedule based on your car’s age, model, and driving habits.
Our inspection covers over 25 key points, including brakes, tires, suspension, steering, lights, belts, hoses, fluid levels, battery health, and exhaust system. It’s designed to identify wear, leaks, or potential failures early, giving you a complete picture of your vehicle’s condition and recommended actions.
Absolutely. We adhere strictly to OEM service procedures, use compatible premium fluids and filters, and reset your vehicle’s service reminder systems. This helps maintain warranty validity (where applicable) and ensures your car performs as engineered.
Warranty
At Premium Car Repair Workshop, we stand firmly behind the quality of our workmanship and the parts we install.
Our warranty covers defects in parts supplied by us and faults in workmanship performed at our workshop. It applies to most repairs and services, including engine repairs, brake work, AC service, and denting/painting. Consumables like fluids, filters, and brake pads due to normal wear are not covered. Exact terms are provided in writing upon service completion.
We offer a standard 12-month / 10,000-kilometer warranty on most repairs and replaced parts, whichever comes first. For certain services such as periodic maintenance, a 6-month / 5,000-km warranty applies. Specific terms will always be confirmed in your service documentation.
